About the Author

Dianne Dunn has been recognized by her peers as one of the most professional and top-producing real estate consultants for 39 years. 

​After a successful career with IBM in their marketing support program, she began her real estate career working for a small company in Reston, Virginia in 1976, and has been affiliated with four national real estate franchise companies since then. 

​Dianne is currently an owner/partner with Keller Williams Realty in New Bern, North Carolina, which opened in 2005. Dianne believes in "giving back" to her real estate community through her volunteer efforts with the MLS board, and has enthusiastically embraced the technology systems and tools that will help her best serve her clients.

After serving in different management and leadership roles, she enjoys teaching classes and mentoring agents in her company as well as teaching within her local association of Realtors®.

- Director, Neuse River Region Association 2007, 2008 ​
- Director, New Bern MLS Service for five years, and serving as president for two of those years. ​
- Chair of the Education committee for three years, as well as the Newsletter committee. 

Dianne was also awarded the distinguished Realtor® of the Year Award in 2005, and the Presidential Service Award in 2004 for her extensive contributions to the MLS Service. ​

Dianne and her husband Lee reside in New Bern, North Carolina with their canine pal, Bailey.
